The website presents Hair Craft Salon & Academy, salon services, products, education/masterclass, contact information and legal pages. No online checkout or online payment is currently implemented.

Services and prices are displayed for client information. For services depending on hair length, condition, technical history, product consumption or complexity, the final price is confirmed before the service.

The salon may recommend different steps if the professional diagnosis shows that the desired result involves risks for the hair or requires staging.

Appointments are made by phone, WhatsApp or direct salon reply. An appointment is confirmed only after an explicit salon reply regarding date, time and service.

Sending a message or tapping a WhatsApp/phone link does not automatically guarantee the requested slot.

Color, blond, correction and treatment results depend on hair history, hair condition, previously used products and following care recommendations. The salon will communicate relevant risks before complex services.

The website does not currently sell online. If distance contracts with consumers are concluded, Romanian OUG 34/2014 and legal exceptions may apply, including for scheduled services or services performed with consumer consent.

Texts, images, logo, design and materials on the website belong to the operator or are used with permission. Do not copy, reuse or distribute them without consent.
