Personal Data Requests

Send your request to contact@haircraftsalon.ro with the subject “GDPR Request”. You may also ask for information by phone at +40735226072, but for traceability we recommend written requests.

• rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure, when legal conditions are met;
• restriction of processing;
• data portability, where applicable;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdrawal of consent for cookies or optional communications.

To protect data, we may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making the request. We do not request more data than necessary for this verification.

We respond within one month of receiving the request. If the request is complex or there are multiple requests, the period may be extended by up to two months, with notice within the initial period.

Some data may be kept if legal, accounting, tax, defense-of-rights or other legal grounds apply. In that case, we will explain why certain data cannot be deleted immediately.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to ANSPDCP: dataprotection.ro.
