Booking & Cancellation Policy

The Hair Craft Salon & Academy website does not have online checkout and does not currently process online payments. Appointments are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or a direct salon reply.

This page is published for situations where a distance contract with a consumer may be concluded. For services scheduled for a specific date or services performed with consumer consent, legal exceptions under Romanian OUG 34/2014 may apply.

An appointment is confirmed only after the salon explicitly confirms the date, time and service. A WhatsApp or phone request does not automatically reserve a slot.

If you cannot attend, please notify the salon as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so the appointment can be rescheduled.
